Carbonic acid nanobubble sprayer the “NC Guard”

The NC Guard repairs and maintains the strength of concrete structures by spraying the water which contains a high concentration of nano-scale CO2 bubbles.

This product will be launched soon.

Features

The water sprayed by the NC Guard contains a high concentration of nano-scale CO2 bubbles.

Nanobubbles of less than 1 micrometer in diameter are generated in water.

The bubbles are collected in the water inside the tank in the main unit and then sprayed onto the concrete as nanobubble water.

The carbonic acid nanobubbles react with the calcium hydroxide in the concrete and it produces calcium carbonate. The formation of calcium carbonate is accelerated, resulting in a higher density, lower porosity concrete with reduced water absorbency which enhances the durability and strength of concrete structures.

The carbonic acid nanobubbles react with the calcium hydroxide in the concrete and it produces calcium carbonate.

In addition to repairing and maintaining the strength of concrete structures, the NC Guard helps improve productivity and reduce costs and environmental impact. We are committed to tackling the challenges faced by the construction industry by offering solutions for repairing deteriorating concrete structures in a timely, cost efficient and energy saving manner.
